him... That is why Allah says: ( Solomon did not disbelieve, but the “Devil” disbelieved) Some explanation books interpreted this verse as follows: the devils and the disbelievers of Jinn whom Allah subjected to serve Prophet Solomon were so furious because Solomon used to assign to them many difficult tasks on land and seas… However, they did not dare disobey him for fear of his severe torment and punishment. They remained as such for so long. Thus, when Prophet Solomon died, the jinn devils put some sorcery books and talismans under his marble chair… Then, they summoned people from everywhere and said to them: "Did you thought that Solomon is a Prophet and that he came up with miracles as Allah's Prophets do?… But you were wrong, for he was not but a sorcerer who managed to subject us to his service only through magic… This can be evidenced by the books of sorcery under his chair that he used to use. If you do not believe us come to the room where his throne lies and you will see it your self…" That is why Allah All-Mighty says: [ They followed what the Shayatin (devils) gave out (falsely of the magic) in the lifetime of Sulaiman (Solomon). Sulaiman did not disbelieve, but the Shayatin (devils) disbelieved, teaching men magic… ]

All this leads us to the definition of sorcery. Magic is an illusion. Lie the magician who claim that he can, through magic, dig out the treasures that buried underneath the earth. Lie the sorcerer who claim that his magic turns blank papers into real money... Add to them those who allege that they can draw money from banks and give it in your hand...
